News: Our next tournament will be at Cabrillo Beach on March 28, 2010. (SUNDAY) theluckypig (James) will be doing the cooking. 6AM- 2PM Start time at 6am weigh in at 2pm. Baytubers, its owners, organizers, and members will NOT be liable for any damages, at any time, for any reason. 2) You understand and agree that kayak and/or tube fishing are inherently dangerous sports that may cause injury or death. 3) You agree that you are knowledgeable and will abide by all safety regulations as set forth by the Coast Guard, including carrying a proper PFD and whistle. A VHF Radio is highly recommended. 4) If you will be fishing from a kayak, you agree that you are capable, have practiced, and are familiar with self-recovery after being dismounted from a kayak. 5) You agree to abide by all Federal, State, Local, Coast Guard and DFG regulations while participating in this event. 6) by making a post saying you will be at the tournament. Means you have read this waiver and accept it. |
